Dispute was over shipping cost at first. Should have been free shipping according to website. Now the seller is telling me that they are out of stock. As this was for Xmas is of no use afterwards. I have asked them 3 times for a refund and this is the reply I get ” We are very sorry for the lack of timely delivery due to insufficient inventory. We are willing to solve the problem. We will send you a surprise gift when sending it, and ask for your understanding and patience.” so now want to escalate to a full refund.
