I’m in the same situation, I use 2 PayPal emails and I had no Isea that my buyer opened a claim. The time passed for me to respond and PayPal demanded me to pay 200£. I called up to ask if I can add my evidence to prove I sold the right item but they basically told me there’s nothing they can do as the time passed! The fraudster now has a pair of 355£ trainers free of charge. Very very poor on PayPal’s behalf. Even When evidence was given prior to knowing about the claim they closed it immediately saying that they give a set amount of time and can do nothing else, basically making my evidence useless. It’s pathetc and completely unsafe to use as a legit seller. “World class security” but all you have to do is calm wrong item and hope your seller cannot respond to the case. Then you have a free item. SORT IT OUT PAYPAL
