I would advise creating an invoice for the item, as that gives you seller protection, versus just doing a g&s payment, which gives you buyer protection. Also, any payment done through g&s or invoicing will apply on any platform as its based on Paypal's transactions, not on the platform that the deal takes place on. budget planner

Something similar happened to me in 2018. Took me a good couple heart attacks to realize that I wasn’t able to withdraw to a bank, but was able to transfer to a different PayPal account. Liquidated the funds to a friend, created a new account and starting as if nothing happened. Good luck! Regards, printsbery

You are absolutely correct, I just wanted to add a bit of info as well. Not only will the email address you by first and last name, but it will also do so exactly as you have it listed in your profile. For example, if you throw some capital letters in your name where they don't belong (ex: joHN smiTH) you can use it as a little test to see if the email is legit. The only time you would be addressed by your email name is if that email address isn't associated with a PayPal account. For example, if I sent you an invoice to an email address not listed on you PayPal, the notification you'd get would say dear [email address]. Cheers, printsbery

In my case on the 11th day, they resolved it, that night. They ask all sorts of documents, and still, after sending several emails they always send predefined emails where they ask again for the documents, then I call them and again waiting 24 hours not even rational excuse only short message that documents provided are not sufficient or something. I've got about 50 trades, been scammed a few times but always PayPal good & services. Every time I've escalated a dispute, I've won and got my money back. If I am selling, I always invoice. If I am buying, I ask the seller to invoice me. If they do not, I do not go through with the transaction. Regards, onplanners

A business account is more for a large(r) business, not a freelancer. They used to have a premier account type for small business that was perfect for freelancers, but that was merged with a personal account. So if you are simply running freelancer business without registration with government, then use a personal account. Generally, PayPal doesn't observe your account for a small payment or up to 500 USD but when it crosses this limit particularly in a single transaction on in case of any dispute, mainly related to reserve payment, it sends you notice online as well as through registered email and ask to take action accordingly. It may further ask to send the documents of registration of your business or other details related to finance or taxation. Onplanners

Unfortunately what you're looking for is not there. In the future, do yourself a favor and download planner or get a spiral book for 29 cents in the supermarket and keep a sales ledger by date, venue, item description, sale, cost of good sold, shipping charged, shipping paid, insurance, sales tax, destination foreign country. Cheers

Hi there. If you log in to your Paypal account and find the payment\transaction in your activity feed\list, click Details and scroll to the bottom of the page. You should find: "Having problems with this transaction? Please talk directly to the seller and try to resolve the issue with them. You can still report the problem in the Resolution Centre within 180 days." Once you click the 'Resolution Centre' link you can follow the instructions to get your money back. Cheers, flipboard.com

I've heard Betway live a couple of times but I never tried it yet. From what I read it is very interesting since slot choices are very lengthy and they shuffle the decks in front of you. This is a must try. Cheers, Anna Homos
