Sold a signed autographed jersey with a COA. The buyer is now saying that the signature isn't correct. Problem is he took a picture of the signature and sent it someplace. The person he sent it to says it MAY not be right. Everyone knows that COA companys do not look at a photograph of a signature and make a decision on that basis. The item needs to be sent to them and a large fee is generated from the inquire. PayPal now wants me to work this out with the buyer. In other words give the money back without getting the jersey back first. Besides in the auction I photo graphed the jersey, the signature and the COA and put it all out there for the buyers to inspect before buying. Also I put in the body of the auction that all sales are final and to read and inspect the photos before buying. Do I have a leg to stand on or am I **bleep**?
