Hey Guys, I actually just made a new post about this, you can probably find it if you search generic error in the search bar. I called paypal 5 times on this issue and each time recieved different instructions, but the gist of it was, "wait 24 hours" or "wait 12 hours" or this time when I called today it was "after waiting 24 hours, now you have to wait 72 hours for the system to reset itself" After hearing that, i demanded to have this issue resolved and be transferred to someone that could help. They sent me to a senior account specialist named Josh who told me that all the instructions I was given are only talking points. They do not know what the error is, they just know that the computer system is detecting a money withdrawal as some type of fraud. Neither the specialist nor any regular customer service reps could: Give me consistent instructions. A reason why this is happening Override the system and initiate my withdrawal. Tell me how much of an amount would trigger the system to stop me. Tell me how much of an amount he can override. Its a guessing game. Josh even suggested that if he were me, he would send the money back to the person that sent it to me (in the amount of 7500 bucks) ands pay another premium money transfer fee of 800 dollars because its better than having nothing. Can you believe that??? That was the best advice he could give me. I have the call recorded because my phone automatically records all my calls. I really worked them over and have NO result.
