I spoke to PayPal directly on the phone to raise my concerns about a seller and requesting a refund, they gave the seller until the 6th of October to respond, being the weekend I left it till the week days, I was informed over the phone if a response wasn't returned by the seller then PayPal would just refund me, it now is being reviewed again (the step before the sellers response) and as now been put on to the 4th of November... Is there anything I can do or is it a case of ringing again? As I don't really have time to do that but I want my money back The product was faulty hence the refund request, the seller has personally blocked me on everything and is ignoring the problem
