I purchased an Elite controller from depop about 2-3 weeks ago from a seller. I paid using my debit card through the app, meaning i was covered by the Buyers Protection. However, he said delivery should come 3 days later, which it didn't, therefore waited for another week just to make sure he hadn't fell behind on delivery. It turns out that he had blocked me and deleted all of his items. I then file a dispute to Depop and get an email back saying i need to go to PayPal. I then file a complaint about a seller through PayPal and receive a message back saying i need to report the transaction, but because i paid via card the transaction does not show. How can i report the seller properly or escalate the dispute? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Leo.
