I recently disputed an order of laminate flooring due to it arriving damaged. The costumer service from the website I bought the flooring off wouldn't sort the refund and return with me, so I had to ask PayPal to step in. The case was seen in my favour and I am being asked to return the flooring in order to get my money back. The problem is I have about 15 packs of laminate, it's heavy and big, to send it with the courier to the address of the warehouse of the the online shop I bought it off I was quoted the price of £85! This is a lot of money for me, why should I be responsible for covering the return delivery charges if the item I bought online arrived damaged? (My order qualified for "free delivery" on the website).
