Hi im just a bit confused, A buyer rececently opened a case against us for goods not receieved. I went through the case proscess and added the tracking number-proof of shipping lable to show the address matches the tracking number-and even a copy of the buyers signiture for the items, However to my shock today paypal has given the buyer a full refund? How does this happen any help appercaited! I have also contacted paypal on twitter to see what they have to say as this is just ridiculous!
