Sent items to a guy in London. He sent his own Courier but it never felt right from the start. Anyway kept all messages etc just in case. Sure enough he put a claim in. Sent all the messages etc to paypal but still they found in his favour. He then sent a package to me that was tracked. He got his money back. Opened package to find a totally different item inside. Not the same serial numbers etc. Told paypal all this and still not sorted. Is this typical treatment from paypal? Thanks
