we need help, our money is on that account and we have the correct email and password, we have completed all verification process, correct address, correct phone and verified cards on that account. at first, we started having issue accessing on the mobile app. then the other day, when we try to login, it always ask us to secure our account. but when we press secure account, we always get the message that "we can't confirm it's you". we are accessing it through the same network, same IP same location and all that. we don't know what is wrong with our account and we need to access our funds on that account due to pandemic, we're already delayed on our bills and we don't have money to spend on our food because of the issue with this! we know that customer service is limited but we still tried calling the customer service. we are in the philippines and even waited for the PST stated in here. but no one picks up due to the pandemic! how can we access our funds? does anyone know if this automatically goes away after a few days and just let our account rest for a while, or there's no way now to access it until we contact customer service??????
