Last week, in reviewing my American Express bill, I noted a charge on my card from PayPal for about $81.00. I logged into Paypal and can not find any charge for this amount or anything even closely related. I investigated the payment with Amex and they confirmed it was PayPal. I initiatined a fraudulent activity with PayPal on line. a few days later I get a very short notice that the fraud event was investigated and they found nothing wrong. THe email said to login to the resolution center for details. I did this and there are no items in the resolution center. Infact, the activity I reported was not even displayed - according to PayPal I have no outstanding or closed issues. SO, thinking I did something wrong, I started another fraud report. Same thing. Just got an email that there was nothing wrong and there is no evidence in the resolution center that I initiated anything or that PayPal investigated anything. AND YET, I HAVE AN $81.00 CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. You would think this would get PayPal's attention, but All I'm getting is silence.
