I was hacked by bitcoin dealers and had to have my bank retrieve $1500 taken from my account since PayPal has no one working fraud due to Covid...very lame and a big red flag to cyber criminals to hack away. Anyway, I've secured my accounts and now I want to reinstate my bank and credit cards to my account but I keep getting error messages. Citibank card says that PayPal has not tried to authenticate even though PayPal's help center says that's what the hold up is. Crazy but I think I believe Citibank over a non-responsive PayPal customer service. Honestly if I didn't have so much PayPal stock I'd go to Venmo. Has anyone else suffered the same indifference from PayPal? Anyone have a fix?
