A buyer recently filed a claim against me saying the item she received was significantly not as described. That was not true. She purchased a brand new (with tags) pajama shirt from J Crew Factory in size M. She received the exact same size M pajama shirt with the tags attached. The only reason she filed a claim is because she did not like how the pj fit her and I refused her refund. PayPal awarded her without even reviewing my comments and evidence. How do I file a claim? It looks like I have to wait until the case is closed which is so ridiculous becasue she will already have her refund then. Is there anyway I can appeal prior to sending her money back and waiting for the case to close??? HELP!!!
