I've been dealing on ebay for some years and have 100% positive feedback. A buyer has just contacted me to say they are not happy with a purchase made on 23 Nov, nearly 3 months ago, and have put in a dispute with paypal saying it wasn't as described. He says has only just seen the item with lockdown issues. I would normally contest it but to be hones don't think I want the hassle. On the resolutions centre is says dispute amount is £10 (the transaction total was £36.07) If I click on refund will I only be refunded the £10, which I presume is what he wants, and not the full amount as I will then be without item too. I've not had this happen before. Also if he isn't happy not sure why he is just requesting a partial refund. Thanks for your advice.
