Hello, My name is Nuno, in August I reveiced a message in Resolution Center asking to provide documents since I was almost reaching withdrawal limit. I clicked "resolve" button near the warning message asking to confirm my documents. When I did this, every steps were already marked with green so I didn't have an option to upload anything. Sent several emails to PayPal three weeks ago without any answer, tried to call Portugal phone number several time and nobody picked the phone. When I was reaching my limits I've decided to scale this to PayPalUK Facebook and Twitter. After a week someone reached out on Facebook saying they we're going to ask a specialist to help me. After a few hours I received an email saying that previous documents weren't valid to upload new ones to verify my address. So I did, sent the document trough PayPal website (national id, driver's license than contains address, bank statement, health insurance statement). An hour has passed an another person reached out on Facebook saying they were sorry I was experiencing such a terrible service to upload the document and get back to him (Carlos) when it was completed so he could approve. I did this, uploaded documents again trough a different PayPal form, told Carlos everything was uploaded and that I needed my limits lifter asap since I receive bonus from my employer evey month and I've got bills to pay. Since saturday that Carlos and everyone else from Facebook didn't answer me. Twitter support told they we're going to scale to a specialist and no one contacted me. It's been 3 weeks on this. How can anyone rely on PayPal with their money if they can't answer an email, pick up a phone and take 1 week to answer Facebook messages with content/info that doesn't solve users problems? If anyone can help me, then please I ask you to verify and remove limits asap since I've already sent anything u needed.
