Questions Regarding Changing/Updating Account Info I have applied twice before but i didnt get a response and the ticket was closed, the phone support isnt working too. I got an email and a phone notification that there is a new message to the ticket but when I opened it on paypal website there was nothing new. I opened a shopify store and i wanted to make a business account on the domain email at <removed> but probably selected the wrong option and now my current personal account has upgraded to a business account. I want to downgrade it back to personal account so i can open a separate business account for my shop. I dont want my personal email to appear on purchases as it looks unprofessional. But the paypal support has not responded in about 28 days. I cant find a way to contact them, the message centre has not received a manual reply, when I reply to the automated message i get a notification about a new message in a few hours but there is no new message when i want to read it.
