hello, what is it with paypal message centre 'support' a few days ago someone closed a live support thread i opened that was unresolved. i opened a new one 2 days ago, a support person said they would 'take a look and get back ina few minutes' - that was 48 hours ago!

thanks for the update but i have no faith in paypal support - i have been lied to by their support staff more than once recently about a different isue. and why has paypal not sent an email apologizing and explaining?

same here. paypal are a complete joke now, clueless online support, most support staff do not seem to have a clue how paypla works and each time a different support person replies i get a different answer. last time i ever use paypal after using it regularly for 20 years.

been chatting on and off for days to various support people who al have their own opinion of the process. what a joke! and today they said they would open an appeal. so far no email confirming this.

payapl don't care about buyers. i bought an item, never arrived. courier provided prrof of delicery to an address in a different town, not address on the order. paypal resude my appeal bcaus ethey had 'seen the proof of delivery'... they didn't care it showed a different address. ebay and paypal are teh same now, as long as they get their little cut of the money, they don't care at all.

also fobbed me off on twitter and i sent an email using their website link and they replied saying they could not answer because they could not be sure it was me who sent the message, even though i had to log in to send it and they used my name in the email reply!
