PayPal says I have 2 accounts. One has a credit balance. I only have 1 account. I can't get help, they say call. I tried, I am on hold for over 30 minutes or I get a message saying to call. In the message they give a code. The code is to confirm it's me. The code expires before I can call. Again, i can't get a live rep. This is a 6 weeks old issue that I can't get resolved. The refund is from Ebay, I have a reference #. I'm exchanging secure messages with pay pal but they does no good. I have ask to close my account, I'll just lose the money. It's not worth fighting. PayPal won't close my account without a phone call. Again i cannot get a live person! How do I resolve these issues?
