I tried using the Contact Us link on the FAQ, but it took a while to get an answer and I got a canned response that didn't help at all. So, according to the FAQ, the limit for in store loading is $500 at the initial store, and $500 for every subsequent retail location ("the initial value load and any subsequent reloads made using Reload Packs, require a minimum of either $10 or $20, depending on the specific location. The maximum initial value load at a retail location is $500; each subsequent retail location reload made with the use of a Reload Pack is limited to $500. The maximum value of all cards you may have with The Bancorp Bank, the issuer of the PayPal Prepaid Card is $15,000. See the PayPal Prepaid Card Cardholder Agreement for more details."). I am currently in a position where I need a family member to go to the store for me, so before asking them to go to more than one store in a day, I'd like to make sure I'm reading this correctly. By my understanding, I can have $500 put on at one store, then $500 more at another "in the same day". Is this correct? Additionally there is no mention in the FAQ about a daily or monthly limit for in store loading other than the total $15000 total limit for all cards associated with my account. When it comes to the actual paypal account, I can see more specific numbers, but for the prepaid card it feels a little les informative. So all in all what I'm asking is: Is the limit $500 "per day", or $500 "per retail location" Is there a daily limit. Is there a monthly limit. (other than the $15000 limit total per account) Thanks for any help, Joe.
