Amazing PayPal, got a "Unauthorized transaction" (Buyer claims someone used their credit card to make a purchase from my online shop) for an order that was shipped, tracked and delivered. Upon responding to the claim with email communication to buyer of order confirmation, shipping confirmation, tracking number showing delivery was made successfully and post office receipt. PayPal refunded the buyer 100%, PLUS I was charged a chargeback fee for this fraudulent order. We pay enough PayPal fees as it is, per sale, per currency conversion and $35 each time we transfer money out of PayPal into our own bank account. Doesn't PayPal do any fraud prevention check? Why do we pay all these fees for PayPal to charge another fee to penalize us when a fraudulent order is made that is out of our control? I've tried to contact PayPal, but their chat bot always says, no one is available, please try gain later. Even tried their Facebook page, since a lot of people complain on their posts, the automated messages are the same as their chat bot. Can not contact anyone at PayPal, again, why we pay so many fees for zero support and zero protection?
