I ordered a high-end face mask with air vents, and five carbon filters. After six weeks the item had not arrived so I filed a complaint in the PayPal resolution center. Upon filing the complaint, the merchant sent out an item, but it was not the item I ordered. PayPal saw the tracking number and that an item was delivered, but it was the wrong item. But from PayPal's point of view, it was delivered so they closed the case and now I cannot add to this complaint because upon closing the case, it cannot be further disputed. Escalate the dispute is not an option on the site despite saying it is. The thing is, I have evidence, but I cannot actually show that evidence to anyone because the case is closed, PayPal is not taking calls or answering messages and the merchant is completely unresponsive.
