I understand the virtual software policy by paypal. But I purchased software and the install so I did not receive the software at all, so when I file a dispute on the item the company said yes everyone else was having problems with this issue. so I was told to go to the website and file a ticket with my ftp information and they would install in 72 hours which I was told the same thing on march 7th and this was the 14th so 5 days went by and nothing emailed them again and no response and did it through paypal. so you can tell paypal did not read my dispute just sent the email and they said was a virtual software which does qaulify as a defense did not even to offer to send the software and refund me for the installation. this is crap. how can side for someone with out the fact.. I am going to file a compliant to BBB, consumer relations, IBB, and the rip off website on paypal and the install company
