Hi, I sent $150 to a friend's phone number. They told me they don't have an account and can't pick it up. So they can't issue a refund because they have no account. Yet, it does not appear I can cancel the Payment because it says "Completed". Oddly, I made this payment at around 11:45 on a Sunday morning and tried to cancel it at around noon on the same Sunday. How that's possibly completed is baffling. Any suggestions? Matt
