I recently sent out a phone for 'x' amount of money. Before sending, I checked to make sure the item matched the description. It had no visible scratches and looked new. (It was used) The packaging was top notch, with no movement occurring upon shaking vigorously. I sent it, and the item was delivered to the buyer in 2 days. Except when he got it, it was 'scratched.' Also, my listing did say 'No returns accepted' I am a relatively new buyer so funds are still pending on my account. 1st Question) How should I go about this type of response? He is asking me for '15% of x' to repair the screen. 2nd Question) When will I get my funds? I paid for shipping, added a tracking number, packing slip, and sent with USPS. Information along with 2nd Question: My last item shipped to my buyer, and my funds were available 3 hours after the buyer got it. As of now, I have not got my funds yet, and am getting quite worried.
