This was my second purchase from gearbest. The first one arrived with no problem in just 5 days. I 've ordered the second one with British priority shipping and it should have arrived on 12th-15th. I've opened a ticket with Gearbest about it and they told me to wait till 3rd of October. That's a month since it's been marked as shipped. Now I can't even access the ticket option on gearbest and they don't reply on facebook to even talk about this problem. What's the point of paying extra for insurance and shipping if you don't get your item and the website doesn't want to speak to you. I'm starting to get anxious. Is it possible to get a refund through paypal if gearbest won't let me file one?
