I'm having a few issues with my Paypal Access Card but I'm struggling to find out how to contact someone to resolve them. When I log on to manage my account there isn't even a help section, never mind a contact section. I've been trying for the last two days to pay a DHL invoice. Kept getting a message saying there was a problem. Tried another card, went through straight away, which would indicate Paypal were rejecting the transaction - even though it was only £31 and I have a lot more than that in my account. Similarly, one of my suppliers (RS Components) will sometimes take two separate transactions for an order if it is coming from two different warehouses. Without fail the second one gets blocked but Paypal hold on to the first lot of funds for a month before they will release them. It's getting to the point where the card is pointless as I can't use it anywhere!
