I haven't recieved an item I paid for via paypal and have emailed the seller via paypal and got no response. Today, I have again tried to report the problem to Paypal and it said I have already identified a problem with this case and to view it in the resolution centre but when I go to my resolution centre it says that there are no open cases. This is the second time this has happened with a problem in the last month.
