I've search and cannot seem to find these answers. I've been dealing with a buyer from Brazil for about a month now. I sell vinyl records on ebay. All my listing inform buyers that I will not be held responsible for any packages that are not insured in case of damage or lost. to this date I have not had any problems, some buyers insure, some dont. Well this buyer from Brazil has been doing some very serious bidding, I have sent him 2 packages with no insurance, however I started to search ebay and found out that buyers will claim they never got their items and request a refund from paypal. So now I am thinking the worst that can happen that the buyer will say he never got the packages. I have proof of mailing, will that be sufficient with paypal? is there a way to view any feedbacks or buyer disputes that may have been filed for refund with other sellers that use paypal? if there is multiple disputes filed from a certain buyer will that raise red flags with paypal? and especially of they all are about not getting their items! wasnt there some kind of feedback that was viewable through paypal before?
