O.K. I plan to buy a You Tube Account from somebody. I want to send payment to the party first ... in order to show them that I'm honest and for real. But, is there any way that the payment can be sent ..yet put on Hold until that person gives me the password and login info. THEN after I receive the info. for the account.. I can take off the HOLD so that this particular person can have 100% access to his money? Is this possible to do? If anyone know the answer to this ...please let me know! P.S.
