In my house we have numerous devices, each with more than one browser and each shared between more than one person. For of us a strange problem has been happening ever since PayPal Credit moved to it's own separate domain: When logging into PayPal, the box on the left that says "PayPal Credit" which shows the balance, how much is available, and a link to make payment is just gone. However, when someone else logs in on the same device they can see their PayPal credit account just fine, so it's not an issue with the browser at all. It's not an account issue either, because from another device it will be available, but it's totally random which device will be available for who. Example: A few weeks ago, someone else couldn't access her PayPal credit account from her laptop in either Firefox or Chrome. She spent multiple hours with both PayPal and PayPal credit employees, none of which were helpful, and each giving her totally contradictory information. A few outright lied. We pulled out my Chromebook, and she was able to see hers just fine. At the same time though, I could not see my PayPal credit account on my Chromebook, but I could see it on her laptop. Now, today, there's the reverse problem. I am able to access to Pay my PayPal credit account on my Chromebook, but her PayPal credit account is not available on my Chromebook. It is, however, available on her laptop. Occasionally there is an overlap where we can both access our accounts on any device. I've searched forums about this, but usually answers are that the account was closed, but that can't be the case here since it's available on some devices. Other answers blame the browser, but that can't be the case either since it works - just not always with every account. So what is going on here? and is there any way to access the account to make payments when the box is missing? ... Oh, and our accounts each have a totally different look and feel when logged into PayPal. In my account, it looks like this: There is no working drop down, but if I click "Wallet" I can find an option to pay my PayPal credit even when the box is missing. In her account, however, it looks like this: In her case, there is a working drop down, and she can find "wallet" in the drop down, but it's a category rather than a page and she doesn't have access to any page to pay PayPal credit from when it's missing from the home page. If it's gone, she literally has no option. Why are our accounts so different in appearance?
