So I tried resolving my negative balance using my debit card that I have linked to my account. The first time, I couldn't even do it so I had to contact customer service. Well I did just that, called PayPal and they supposedly made a transfer in the amount that was owed. The transaction went through and shows up on both my PayPal AND bank statement. However my balance is still negative. Are they trying to scam me into resolving this AGAIN to steal another 1000$ from me?
