I have a business account with paypal and there are a few things i'm going after. Problem#1, I'm sick and tired of the random security lockouts and then have to make a 1 -2 hour call and be told "its the system, try again within 24-48 hours, there's nothing we can do, MAYBE THE BILLING ADDRESS AT YOUR PHONE COMPANY IS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT WE HAVE IN OUR SYSTEM" <--- ??!!????? I PROVIDED EVERY ANSWER to whatever questions they asked me to verify its me, and while going through that hassle within a span of 3 weeks i have had to reset my password 5 times WITH NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY. Problem #2, the 21 day hold, I do custom work and have to use part of my customers payment for materials and cost, this 21 day hold caters to only a certain type of business models and this should not be forced onto merchants, when I called I was told "its for Y O U R security as a merchant" <---???? it does not make sense to have buyers protection for their buyer protection policy, its like a bodyguard having a bodyguard and then them having a bodyguard **bleep** everything up, this 3 week hold has hurt my business DRASTICALLY because I cannot start working on the order until paypal releases those funds. Problem #3, 3 of my customers paid for a custom piece who changed up the design 3 different times, the last change being a week ago, i explained them the proper build time since its been deviated off the original listing and now i have to start from scratch, a week a gone by from the last design change and then the 3 customers who jointly changed the design filed a claim with paypal of not receiving product, no chance of dispute, they went ahead and escalated it without giving me a chance to explain, i find out when i had to call paypal FOR ANOTHER SECURITY CHECK ISSUE and it said i had a X balance when i know it should have been way higher (these are expensive custom designed pieces), that's when i find out that these customers filed a claim and I explained what happened and told me how to go to the resolution center and all to respond, THERE ARE ONLY 3 OPTIONS THERE, ALL BASICALLY ASKING FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY OR IN TRANSIT, no way to add notes or supporting documents to fight my case, so she asked her boss to have authorization to add notes for me and i explained her what happened and that I would like to add documents showing the 3 different designs they changed the order to and understood that I need to at least have my material cost and said I should expect a response from the agent who's handling this case via email, NO RESPONSE <----??? just moments ago i receive emails from paypal that they closed the case and refunded my 3 customers FULL AMOUNT, this is ridiculous, A B S O L U T E L Y UNACCEPTABLE, so i'm on the phone with Paypal AGAIN and i'm being bounced around from department to department from India to USA to back to India and the some other department in USA and this is going nowhere. Has anybody else had these issues? I absolutely will not put up with this from Paypal.
