I've been emailing PayPal for my name change and I only receive auto generated emails! and I don't want to spend an international call after waiting a month already for your processing. I might just waste my money when you won't take action again. On the last week of October I submitted the documents you needed for my name change. I patiently waited for 2 weeks (10 business days) but I receive no reply, no updates. So I consistenly emailed you everyday until you called and said that you needed me to submit more documents! (What a fantastic customer service!) I wouldn't even know have I not contacted you again? I told you I can't afford to wait another 10 business days and you promised me you'll monitor my account for 4 days so that as soon I submitted my documents, you can do the name change. Now it's December ******* 6, 2017 and I still got no update! I don't want to bombard you with emails and tweets so this is my last resort so you could see. Please please take action.
