What is considered evidence of valid business ownership if you are a sole proprietor and use your social security number as your tax identification? Can you still have a business account? I need to submit invoices, and I don't think you can with a personal account. I don't remember what I submitted originally to get my business account now. Is a letter of "doing business as" sufficient?

Im having the same proble, its been over 2 weeks. Support said Our technical team is still in the process of resolving this concern. As a work around, you can try to withdraw the funds using this link: http://www.paypal.com/wdfunds Rest assured that you can withdraw the funds using the said link. Well this link doesnt work either just keeps looping as well. I was able to withdraw 2 weeks ago but i waited 2 weeks to withdraw my money and now it keeps showing the same message as your getting.

Let me guess: Paypal don't even answer your complaints? The only answer you are given is an autogenerated respons with general standardinformation you already know about. And if you look around in this "community", you will see that nobody cares about it anymore, and among them the admin; even the other customers have given up by now, because there is nothing serious or professional about this "help community" anymore. Paypal is probably the company with the worst support in the world. I hope somebody file a police report soon; this is about our money, and Paypal handle billions of dollars every day. A support like this is totally unacceptable.

I am sorry, but you are not going to have any serious and professional help from PayPal. Almost none of the messages in this community get answers anymore, because nobody cares anymore; and the customer support only "answer" you with messages in which they copy and paste general information you already know about, without even reading your questions. The only thing to do, obviously, is to use Payoneer or some other solution instead.

Sorry, but you are not going to get any serious information here, and not even when you try to contact the customer support directly. It looks like there is some system error giving people the warning text "Sorry, we need more information. Please withdraw money on our Classic site instead". The ridiculous thing here is that it is impossible to activate PayPals "Classic site" anymore -- they deleted this option earlier this year.

The problem with the customer support on this, is that they not even give me answer on the specifict problems I describe. I email them the text above, they answer with an email in which they copy-and-paste standard information, nothing of which apply to this specific problem. And when I reply on this "answer", I get no further answers whatsoever. It is totally ridiculous.

You find the link to contact the support at the left bottom of you account pages. But I can tell you, most probably they doesn't help you whatsoever. They gouing to answer with an email containing copied and pasted general information, and nothing that apply specifically to your problem. And whan you reply on that, they never going to send you further answers. The customer support at PayPay is a disaster.
