A buyer bought an access code for the ETEXT version of a textbook and I promptly emailed (as requested) the access code for the website. In the listing I stated that it was for the Etext access code only and that no refunds would be issued for the access code as it is only a one time use code. The buyer messaged me after I sent the code asking where the book was twice and twice I explained that the item was for an etext version only. The buyer is now requesting a refund because they did not receive a book. Am I required to issue a refund, though I stated that I would not issue one and sent several messages explaining the item and how to access the access code?
