Received this very helpful procedure from PayPal's help desk. I'm providing it here for anyone else with a similar question. If you didn't receive an Instant Payment Notification (IPN) message, need it resent, or it failed: 1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account. 2. Click "Profile" at the top of the page. 3. Click "Instant Payment Notification Preferences" in the Selling Preferences column. 4. Click "IPN History page." 5. Select the IPNs to be resent. 6. Click the "Resend Selected" button. Note: Only "sent" and "failed" IPNs can be resent.
