I just had a completely unacceptable experience with a PayPal customer service "rep" who not only refused to answer my questions about a dispute, but also proceeded to berate and hang up on me. I've scoured the website and corporate site and cannot find information to make an official complaint. This person should not be someone representing your company...or any company for that matter. And information you can provide regarding the complaint process would be greatly appreciated. Simply ridiculous.
