I sell virtual items online. I provided proof of the buyer recieving the item via online trade. The buyer had provided the username of their account in the note of the purchase. After providing proof of the buyer recieving the item I see that paypal has decided in the buyers favor as a refund of $166.69 is taken out of my account. Paypal had not given me time to view the reason they had refunded the money or any way to further dispute this claim. I have the buyers IP address from when they bought the item and have given it to paypal. I have not received the item back nor have I been allerted by paypal at all. This is a federal level crime and should not be allowed on paypal.
