Hi. I sell compact film cameras on an app called Depop, but sometimes to avoid fee's people will pay outside of the app straight through paypal. In the past two days, I've had two people contact me about cameras that are 'not working' when all my cameras are fully working and tested before being sent. My page does display information stating my cameras work and are tested and that there is also no returns/refunds. I have asked one of them to return the camera so I can check it over but on the recent 'faulty camera' situation the buyer is claiming the camera is completely dead and not turning on at all. The photo's I have on the ad (displayed below) show the display turned on and I know for sure this camera was working as it was a personal camera of mine I used a week before selling, due to an upgrade. I also have very good reviews/feedback on the app. The customer has even commented on the fact that it could not have been damaged in transit due to the camera being packed very well, which all my items are. How can I resolve these situations? I'm a bit worried people are having me on and maybe replacing parts from the cameras or evening swapping the cameras for broke ones maybe? HELP!!!
