I recently purchased an item from an on-line vendor, and paid via paypal (this was _NOT_ an Ebay transaction). However, I didn't log into my paypal account, I paid as a guest. I have not recieved the item, and the vendor will not respond. I have attempted to initiate a dispute with paypal, but since I paid as a guest, there is of course no transaction listed on my account. The dispute utility in paypal will not allow me to enter a dispute if there is no transaction number to associate with the dispute. Is there any other recourse for disputing a transaction through paypal?
