Ok so i wont go on too much as dont want to bore you. I am a small, start up business thats been running for around 6 months now, I sell retro and modern day gaming consoles, games and accessories. I have 182 feeback and its 100% positive, over 50 sales transactions without a hitch. Paypal have put on hold over £500 and put a hold on another £120 that i withdrew (hasnt appeared in my bank), for a small business that is just getting up and running this is causing serious financial difficulty. The £500 was sent by one customer for 7 seperate items on Ebay, this customer has purchased from me before and left glowing feedback yet Paypal think that there is likely to be an issue and will not release my funds until he has left positive feedback and acknowledged delivery of the items. I have taken the steps requested and sumitted tracking numbers and marked the item as dispatched however they still say it wont be released until the customer is happy. I actually had to dip into my savings to pay £67 shipping cost as again i cant access the shipping fee that was paid to me by the customer. I have bills to pay, stock to replenish and a mortgage to pay and i cant do any of this because Paypal wont give me my money!! If my business goes under or i get multiple late payment charges from my bank and utility companies do i have a leg to stand on when making a complaint about Paypal. Thanks in advance.
