I have had an account for a long while now but recently I was sent an email after a purchase saying the payment declined but was charged to my bank card as I have not verified my bank account. Obviously I have in the past but logged in and went through my wallet and the process to do it again. Since then I'm getting the email evertime I pay still and have tried to verify again as it's still showing that I haven't in my account. I'm now confused even further, can anyone shed light please?
