This is the time line of events. I agree to pay someone, to help me out with software development which involves; creating the code, and implementing artwork which was already done to the point where it could be created into a project file, which I then could develop further. The initial discussion was in Skype, and I have the conversation saved. The software developer sent me a 'back-up' version, and admitted that the new version was going to be different, plus instuctions on what to do next. This 'new version' is so far - 'thin air version'. So, I've paid a few installments on this thing, and all I'd like to do is dispute the final payment - becasue the final product wasnt sent via email or Skype link. The developer has said that it's been sent through GoogleDrive - and a few times, but it's nowhere to be seen. I could provide screenshots of all of this. Google can give me a detailed timeline of all files shared with me through GoogleDrive. Initially I had disputed the all of the payments - becasue I admit, I got worried that I was totally ripped off. All disputes got denied. So now I guess I'll call PayPal and explain that, and all I need to dispute is the final payment? If the final project is ready for me, then what's the problem? As soon as I get the finnished product, I'll shut up and get to work. I don't want to hassle anyone.
