From PayPal's TOS, they need to provide buyers the ability to stop any automatic payment up to three days before, but they don't allow that for at least a month. for example, if you need to cancel for february, you need to email them by the end of december. i just don't understand how she's not allowing cancellations when it sounds like she doesn't give buyers the option to cancel for at least a month in advance.
