hello, I think this happened nearly seven months ago, somewhere around March or April. I needed some money for an order so I thought that I could try and make a deposit from my mother's bank account (with her knowledge and consent of what I was doing and thinking of course) without any funds in it at the time, I was thinking that the bank company would just bill us the amount with a fee which I didn't mind paying, or just that PayPal wouldn't do it at all. but they did and they withdrew the amount from the bank but I didn't get the amount in my PayPal, the bank ended up paying for half and made it so we only had to pay just the other half which was confusing, so I waited a while to see if they would just refund the amount to the bank and we would get at least some of the money that we paid back but after I think a month, nothing happened. its been a while and I know better than to do things like that now but I just need to understand what happened and maybe get back what I paid.
