Thanks ! I fwd the email to paypal and we'll see what happens. BTW, when I fwd it, the whole email title showed as "your acct has violated our policies". I still have no clue at this time what I did or if it was phishing, spam etc. So hopefully paypal can find the answer and my acct is in good standing. and safe.

If a merchant states in their refund policy that no refunds are available on digital products, does that mean the transaction is really final or can I dispute it, since the product is not as I expected ?
