Dear Community! I sold my own iPhone to somebody in June. He paid and it was shipped ans was delivered by USPS. After couple of days he wrote that he didn't like how earphes worked and ask me to shipp him the new one. I proposed him refund and sent $25. He replyed that he didn't get it because he closed his PayPal account. I asked the PayPal eBay teams and the Community for help. All of them told that Ive done right and it's up to the buyer to find money. A week agow I recognized the negative balance of my account. They took full cost of the phone and shipping cost appr. $480 without asking for return and refund. PayPal asked me for sending proof of that. I've done but they asked for resending in different way I couldn't do that. Please help me to return my money.
