Same complaint - I logged on to see what's going on with it. I had to use the "send money" feature to refund excess postage to a customer (as I promised in the listing), which probably meant they were charged a fee. That doesn't make for good customer relations. Even if they weren't, it's definitely a pain. Can't it be changed back to the old way with the "Refund" link at the bottom of the payment page?
