Hello, this is Changho from South Korea. I arrived in the United States in the beginning of this month, and used Paypal to receive a money from my friend. After I received the money, I found that my account is limited. I tried to prove my identity by submitting necessary documents. And I received the following email. "Request for additional information PP-005-971-661-629 RXI000 Accepted: Lease aggrement to confirm name & address Clean acct login session Clean acct xtvt. cards does not link to any suspicious accts No strong linked to fraud accounts No unauthorized claims being filed Too weak to hold Granting appeal Please do not reply to this email. " I am wondering what additional information is requested. Also, how do I provide the information without replying to the e-mail? When I logged in to my paypal account, it says "We're reviewing your submissions. We’ll get back to you or lift your limitation within 2 business days." I think at least a week has already passed but the status is the same. How do I resolve this problem? Thanks in advance.
